Online Counseling

Bringing the therapy office to you. Wherever you are.

Many experience limitations in accessing therapy. Barriers may include transportation difficulties, inflexible schedules, distance from a therapist, and health concerns that make it difficult to travel. In many situations, the people who can benefit from therapy the most have the greatest challenge in accessing therapy.

My goal is to offer effective and relevant therapy to everyone regardless of barriers. Online counseling delivers therapeutic services to those with constraints on their time and ability to travel to the therapist’s office.

Online counseling provides all the aspects of traditional therapy in a modern way. Assessment, diagnosis, goal setting, treatment planning, and skill building are all provided through online meetings just as they would be in traditional office meetings. I use video-conference software that provides a high-quality meeting experience. All you need is a computer or a device with a camera, and an internet connection. Over recent years the technology has advanced to a level that makes video-conference meetings easy to use, and seamless. You will receive an email with a secure and unique invitation to join the video-conference. All you need to do is click on the link and join the meeting at your appointment time.

I have conducted online counseling with adolescents, adults, families, and couples. The feedback I have received from clients has been overwhelmingly positive. Many have expressed how much they appreciate the ease of which they can connect with a therapist.

Therapy is now easily accessible to you. Contact me today to see how online counseling can work for you.
