A Tent or a Vehicle?
Do you need therapy to be a tent or a vehicle? Both have value and can serve the client in meaningful ways.
Some people need therapy to serve as a place they come in and receive healing. They need the safe confines to nourish themselves and tend to the wounds or the loss that they have experienced.
Others need therapy to operate as a vehicle. To help them get from one spot to another. Maybe you need external support and encouragement to accomplish that goal you’ve been striving for.
Whether therapy serves as a tent or a vehicle, both function to assist you in moving from one place to another. From hurt to healing. From stagnation to motivation. Growth inherently involves movement. What do you need to help you grow?
